🥛 How to Use
Ingredients
• 1–2 tbsp multigrain malt powder
• 1 cup milk (or water/plant milk)
• 1–2 tsp jaggery or dates powder (optional)
• ½ tsp ghee (optional)
• A pinch of cardamom powder (optional)
Method
Mix powder with ½ cup water in a pan.
Stir continuously to avoid lumps.
Cook on low flame for 2–3 minutes.
Add milk and simmer for another 2 minutes.
Sweeten with jaggery or dates powder—or add salt to taste.
Add cardamom for flavor.
Serve warm.
